A half-day or full-day workshop where we:

Perfect for teams who want a strong start without overcomplicating things.

2. Leadership Alignment Session

A focused session for executive and cross-functional leaders to:

  • create shared language across teams
  • establish expectations for how NSF will be used across the organisation

Ideal when leadership wants clarity and alignment before rolling NSF out to teams.

3. Hands-on Implementation Support

Practical help during the first 1–3 cycles:

  • feedback on Product Drivers and Top Problems
  • support with Current Goal formulation
  • guidance on Work slicing
  • review of cycle demos and reflections
