A half-day or full-day workshop where we:

Perfect for teams who want a strong start without overcomplicating things.
2. Leadership Alignment Session
A focused session for executive and cross-functional leaders to:
- translate strategy into Product Drivers
- agree on company-level focus
- clarify priorities

- establish expectations for how NSF will be used across the organisation
Ideal when leadership wants clarity and alignment before rolling NSF out to teams.
3. Hands-on Implementation Support
Practical help during the first 1–3 cycles:
- weekly check-ins
- feedback on Product Drivers and Top Problems
- support with Current Goal formulation
- guidance on Work slicing
- review of cycle demos and reflections
- cross-team alignment support
This is the closest thing to having an embedded NSF coach — without hiring one full-time.
